JuicyAds Wins Trademark Infringement Case Against Fraudulent Domain

GENEVA — JuicyAds has won its World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) case against a website using a similar domain to impersonate the company's site and defraud customers.

The digital advertising company brought the case against JuicyAds.blog, a Peruvian site that mimicked the JuicyAds platform, logo, and support channels in an attempt to mislead potential users. The panel ordered the fraudulent domain to be transferred to JuicyAds.

"This decision is a strong reminder that we will pursue and take down any entity infringing on our intellectual property or attempting to mislead our clients and partners," said JuicyAds founder Juicy Jay. "Our clients rely on the integrity of our brand, and we are fully committed to protecting them from imposters and scams."

Added adult industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein, who represented JuicyAds in the case, "The evidence showcased such egregious use by the Respondent that it was a slam-dunk case. This wasn’t a borderline dispute; it was a blatant case of brand impersonation and fraud. The Respondent didn’t just register a confusingly similar domain; they actively used JuicyAds’ trademark, logo, and interface to deceive users, solicit payments, and undermine the integrity of the brand. The panel recognized the severity of the abuse and ruled decisively in JuicyAds’ favor."
